We know that being in front of the camera can be daunting, which is why we like to keep things as natural and relaxed as possible. We make you feel at ease throughout the process - lots of our clients have mentioned that it's more like having a relaxed chat with a friend who has a camera rather than a regimented formal shoot! When it comes to capturing conferences or events, we like to discretely observe and capture the natural, real reactions as well as the important moments such as awards, speeches etc. If you would prefer more formal shots, that's fine too! Please mention this when booking.

Although we're based in Bristol, we work with clients all over the UK and sometimes overseas! We are willing to travel just about anywhere if expenses are covered. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements, whether near or far!

We are fully insured for public liability and indemnity insurance specifically for professional photographers.

Our aim is to take natural photos that you're over the moon with! It's important that you wear something you're comfortable in and which represents your brand. It's usually best not to wear anything overly patterned or stripey as this can cause warping of the image and distract from the main focal point - you!

We use Canon full-frame 20 megapixel, professional cameras and we always have two cameras with us at all times. We use a range of fast, professional lenses with constant aperture, together with a variety of professional lighting and studio equipment when needed.

We always shoot in the largest RAW available to ensure high quality, crisp images. We usually deliver JPEG files as they are ready to use for just about any need, in print or online.

Depending on the shoot size, we usually say 2 weeks. Most of the time, you will receive your photographs a lot quicker than this. We do offer a 24hr turnaround service for an additional fee, so please get in touch to discuss if you require this service.

We provide your photographs via an online downloadable album and will email you the link once your images are ready. If required, we can provide a USB stick containing the files at an additional cost. If you require physical prints, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
