You'll be asked which Google account email address you would like us to give access to.

We'll give that email address private access to your performance through Google Drive.

You'll receive an email once your access has been added.

Can I share the video link?

Your purchase gives access to the Google account email address supplied during checkout.

The Google Drive folder is private, so simply forwarding the link to another person will not give them access.

Please don't copy or redistribute the recording - 50% of all proceeds are being donated to  Razzamataz's charity, Future Fund.

How quickly will I get access?

Access is added manually after your payment has been received.

We'll get it across to you as soon as possible (within 24hrs).

Which email address should I use?

Please use the Google account email address you want to watch the performance with.

For most people this will be their Gmail address.

If you use a different email for payment, that's absolutely fine, just make sure you enter the correct viewing email when asked.

I've paid but can't open the video

First, check that you are signed into Google using the same email address you supplied during checkout.
